Terms of use

These terms apply to anyone who uses the UNACORD website and to anyone who hires our services. Each customer’s proposal or contract details the scope and prevails over these terms where they differ. The Portuguese version prevails in case of any difference between languages.

Free preview

The free preview has up to 3 posts with your brand, delivered on WhatsApp within 24 hours after we receive your Instagram handle or website address. It creates no obligation to hire us. Preview content may only be published after hiring.

Digital Presence subscriptions

  • Plans, quantities and prices are those published on the Digital Presence page on the date of hiring, in Brazilian reais (BRL).
  • Billing is monthly, by Pix or card, with an invoice. On the annual plan, 2 months are free of charge.
  • There is no setup fee.
  • The Steady plan has no minimum term. On the Growth plan, the included company website has a 12-month minimum; if you cancel earlier, the proportional part of the website’s standalone price is charged, as stated in the proposal.
  • Requests beyond the month’s quota become a priced quote, sent on WhatsApp before production. Nothing is charged without your acceptance.

Approval and revisions

No piece is published without your approval, unless you turn on automatic approval after 48 hours without a reply. Each piece gets up to two revisions. If it still isn’t right, it comes out of the month and becomes a credit.

30-day guarantee

If the first month of the subscription doesn’t convince you, just let us know on WhatsApp within 30 days of the first charge: we refund what you paid for that month. The guarantee applies once per company.

Cancellation

Cancellation is done on WhatsApp, with no retention call, and takes effect from the next billing cycle. Content already published stays on your channels.

Product Studio

Landing pages, websites, systems and apps start with a written specification (pages, features, timeline and price) that you approve before any charge. The code and access are handed over at the end of the contract, and the domain is always in your name.

Responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to use the brands, photos and information you send us, and that the offers and prices you promote are correct. We follow the platforms’ rules and, where applicable, the rules of your professional board. Illustrative images and synthetic voices, when used, are always labeled.

Use of the website

The content of the website and blog is informational and may be shared with a link to the original page. Marketing results vary with the business, the market and the investment.

Jurisdiction

Any matter regarding these terms will be settled in the courts of the consumer’s place of residence, under Brazilian law.
