Privacy policy

This policy explains how UNACORD processes the personal data of people who visit the website, talk to us on WhatsApp or hire our services, under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD). The Portuguese version prevails in case of any difference.
Who the controller is
What data we process
- Contact: name, WhatsApp number, email and the company name you give us.
- Conversation: the messages, voice notes, photos and files you send on WhatsApp to request or approve work.
- Brand material: public social media profiles, website, logo, photos and copy you give us to produce content.
- Contracting: billing and payment data needed to issue invoices and charge the subscription.
- Browsing: technical data the server logs to deliver the website securely (IP address, browser, page visited) and, only if you accept, website usage data collected by Google Analytics (see Cookies).
What we use it for
- Replying to you and preparing the free preview you asked for (steps prior to a contract).
- Producing, reviewing and publishing the contracted content, and providing support (performance of contract).
- Issuing invoices and meeting legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- Keeping the website and systems secure and running (legitimate interest).
- Measuring how the website is used (pages viewed, traffic source, WhatsApp clicks) to improve it, only with your acceptance in the cookie notice (consent).
- Sending UNACORD news, only if you agree, and you can opt out at any time (consent).
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with providers that help us deliver the service, all under contract and confidentiality:
- messaging and social media platforms (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google and TikTok), to talk to you and publish approved content;
- hosting, storage and text, image and video production tools, including artificial intelligence;
- Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), to measure website usage, only with your consent;
- payment and accounting providers;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers store data outside Brazil. In those cases, we rely on the safeguards in article 33 of the LGPD.
Cookies
The website uses Google Analytics analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years) only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. Until you accept, or if you decline, no analytics cookie is stored. We do not use advertising cookies.
Usage data is aggregated (pages viewed, device, approximate city, traffic source and clicks on the WhatsApp buttons) and does not identify you by name. It is processed by Google, which may store it outside Brazil.
You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. Your choice is stored in your own browser.
How long we keep it
- Conversations and material from people who did not hire us: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Customer data: for the duration of the contract and up to 5 years afterwards, to meet legal obligations and defend ourselves in any proceedings.
- Tax data: for the period required by tax law.
Your rights
At any time and free of charge, you can request: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about whom we share it with, and withdrawal of consent (LGPD article 18). Just write to the privacy email above or send a WhatsApp message. We reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
We use per-person, role-based access, encrypted connections and backups. Photos of customers and third parties are only published with written permission.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Relevant changes are announced to customers on WhatsApp.
